Communal Canopy Area:
In the spirit of fostering community and shared experiences, personal canopies will not be permitted within individual spaces. Instead, we will designate a central area for communal canopies, creating a large, shared chill space for all to enjoy. This approach will help us maintain an organized and spacious environment for everyone.
By respecting these guidelines, we can ensure a comfortable, fair, and enjoyable camping experience for all members of our group. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
Tent Size Limitations:
To maximize space and ensure equitable accommodations for all campers, we are implementing restrictions on the maximum size of tents allowed. This measure is to prevent any inconvenience that oversized tents might cause by occupying excessive space or obstructing access for others. We kindly ask all campers to adhere to these size limitations when selecting their tent for the trip.
Tent Size Guidelines for Campers:
Single Campers: A 3-person tent is recommended. This allows for a comfortable sleeping area and space for belongings, acknowledging that a 2-person tent may be too cramped.
Couples (2 People): A 4-person tent is advised, providing both campers with ample room to sleep and store their equipment comfortably.
Groups of 3: A 6-person tent should be used, ensuring sufficient space for all occupants and their gear.
Parties of 4: An 8-person tent is allowed, guaranteeing adequate sleeping space and storage for personal items for each camper.
For groups larger than 4: Please add an extra 2-person tent size for every additional camper beyond the fourth. This scaling ensures that every group member has enough space for a comfortable and enjoyable camping experience.
By following these guidelines, we can all enjoy a well-organized and spacious campsite. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Looking forward to a memorable adventure together!
